Joshua Lyvers Bio

Josh Lyvers serves as a Vice President at Balance Point Capital. Josh’s responsibilities include investment origination, underwriting, and execution, as well as portfolio management. Josh joined Balance Point in 2023 and has meaningful experience investing across the capital structure in middle market and lower middle market companies. Josh was previously a Senior Associate at Manulife Investment Management Private Equity & Credit, where he focused on underwriting and managing junior credit investments and private equity co-investments. Josh began his career as an analyst at Berkshire Global Advisors, a boutique investment bank, and as an analyst at Wells Fargo. Josh currently lives with his family in Darien. He enjoys playing golf, running, and following European soccer.
