Abhiroop Jayanthi Bio

Mr. Jayanthi joined Bain Capital in 2018. He is a Managing Director and a member of the Asian Pacific Private Equity team. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Jayanthi worked with Warburg Pincus, where he focused on investments in financial services, consumer and tech. Prior to that, he worked with TA Associates with a focus on healthcare, consumer and business services and previously, as a consultant with A.T. Kearney, focused on Oil & Gas and consumer industries. Mr. Jayanthi received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Palmer Scholar. He also received a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance and Financial Law from the University of London. He received a B Tech in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi where he was awarded the Director’s Gold Medal.
