His portfolio includes luxury resorts, prestigious hotels, casinos, restaurants, luxury high-rise condos, multifamily housing, retail centers, healthcare facilities, industrial buildings, and hundreds of high-end luxury homes. In his role as a business leader, David has a proven track record of building multiple businesses, scaling them and leading high-performance, synergistic teams that deliver exceptional, fully realized profits year over year. His efforts have culminated in more than $8 billion worth of real estate developments.
