Mr. Degner has worked in the private equity industry for over two decades in a variety of investment, management and operational roles. He was a founding member of Alpine Pacific Capital, a lower middle market independent sponsor, where he was active in all aspects of the firms operations and portfolio management. Earlier in his career, Mr. Degner worked with Charterhouse Group and was the founder of a private equity consulting group that worked with numerous private equity funds in various operational roles and strategies. Additionally, he founded and managed a micro-market private equity fund and was a Vice President in investment banking at Citibank. |
