Ms. Raiford has over 20 years financial experience in manufacturing environments for both private and publicly held companies in the lower middle market groups. As a former CFO of ArborCraft, LLC, Solidica, Inc. and Nematron Corp., she possesses high level management experience in areas of information systems, financial reporting, production, purchasing and international sourcing, and general management. She maintains strong banking relationships with asset based lenders and is skilled in the restructuring of distressed companies to strengthen the areas of costing, cash management, budgets and forecasts, inventory control, acquisitions, accounting and ERP/MRP system implementation. Ms. Raiford’s direct industry experience includes hardwood flooring, providing computer and visualization solutions for the manufacturing and process industries and innovative solutions for military, aerospace, automotive, medical and industrial industries.
