Andy Jurkowski Bio

Mr. Jurkowski is a Managing Director in the Ares Private Equity Group and a member of the Portfolio Management Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2006, Mr. Jurkowski worked at Madison Dearborn Partners, where he participated in the execution of private equity investments. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley & Co., where he participated in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. He currently serves on the board of directors for the parent entity of Kuecker Pulse Integration. Mr. Jurkowski holds a B.B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management, where he graduated as a Venture Fellow.
