Andlinger & Company is a private investment firm focused on management/leveraged buyouts, divestitures, recapitalizations, and growth financings of middle-market businesses. It looks for companies valued from $1 to $150 million and will consider opportunities throughout North America and Europe. The Firm's target investment size is is up to $25 million. Areas of particular interest include renewable energy, energy efficiency and conservation, emission reduction, and waste recovery. Andlinger will also consider add-on investments in industrial manufacturing, medical devices, graphic arts, scientific instruments, information services and software, engineering services, technology infrastructure, and pharmaceutical packaging and manufacturing. Andlinger was formed in 1976 and has offices in Vienna, Austria; Brussels, Belgium; Tarrytown, New York; and Vero Beach, Florida.
