Dr. Nazim Cetin is the CEO of Allianz X. Nazim has more than a decade of leadership experience in investing, business development and entrepreneurship. Nazim joined Allianz X most recently from media conglomerate Bertelsmann, where he was a Vice President of Corporate Development & New Businesses. Prior, he founded the first German magazine focusing on philosophy and economics agora 42; internationalized the commercial finance division of Maple Bank, and was an advisor for many international VC funds and start-ups. He serves on the Boards of American Well, Auto1 Fintech, BIMA, C2FO, N26 and Nauto. He received his Diplom in Economics from Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen, a M.Sc in Economics and Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra Barcelona, and a Ph.D. in Economics from University Witten-Herdecke. |
