Tricia Glynn Bio

Tricia Glynn joined Advent in 2016 as a Managing Director focusing on buyouts and growth equity investments in the retail, consumer and leisure sector. Prior to Advent, Tricia spent 12 years with Bain Capital Private Equity, where she was a principal in the consumer, retail and dining sector team. She has closed transactions across the retail, healthcare, business services, real estate and media sectors, as well as internationally. Prior to Bain Capital, Ms. Glynn was an investment professional with the Private Equity Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Tricia earned an AB in Biochemical Sciences cum laude from Harvard College and an MBA, with high distinction, as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School.
