Alex is a Co-Founder and Partner of 4x4 Capital. Before that, he spent more than 13 years at AB InBev (ABI). Alex is the Executive Chairman of 1440 Foods (previously WSNS), a portfolio Company of 4×4 Capital. Prior to founding 4x4 Capital, Alex was the Business Unit President and Head of Sales for the two largest ABI Business Units in the World: the US and Brazil. He was also BU President for Hispanic LatAm and CEO of Cerveceria Nacional Dominicana. He started his journey at ABI as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for AmBev. Prior to ABI, Alex worked for Advent International Private Equity and Goldman Sachs. He was also the founder and CFO of planetaimovel.com (now Zap Imoveis) and sold the business to Organizações Globo (the largest media conglomerate in South America). Alex has a BA in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
