Thunnus Overseas Group (TOG) is a tuna processing and distribution group with interests in Cote d'Ivoire, Madagascar and France. TOG currently processes, packages and sells about 50,000 tons of tuna and had combined revenues of $178 million in 2007. TOG owns controlling interests in SCODI and Peche & Froid CI, two tuna processing factories located in Cote d'Ivoire, Peche & Froid Ocean Indien, a tuna processing factory located in Madagascar, three French marketing companies: Peche & Froid International SAS, SCODI International and Conserverie des Cinq Oceans, SCI OMKA, a real estate vehicle owning a 10,000 sq.m warehouse in Dunkerque in Northern France and Matenko, a fish procurement operation based in Cyprus.
