STS owns Apollo Hospital Dhaka (AHD), which started operations in April 2005. With a potential capacity of 450 beds, AHD is the first private, international-class tertiary medical facility in Bangladesh. In 2007, The Abraaj Group invested in STS to support the expansion of the hospital from 250 to 350 beds. In early 2010, the Group purchased additional shares in STS.
