O-Zone plans to build the largest Indian Wi-Fi network of more than 50,000 Wi-Fi hotspots by 2015, and thus provide a direct-to-consumer offering as well as a high-capacity neutral pipe on which mobile network operators can off-load data traffic. The company has signed deals with national and international telecom service-providers to furnish Wi-Fi services to their subscribers; O-Zone's neutral model allows it to ensure a potential carrier customer base of more than 600 million customers can access its network.
