Founded in 1992, LA Gym grew into the leading chain of fitness clubs in Antwerp (Belgium). La GYM offered a total concept encompassing not only sports facilities, but also sun centres, beauty centres, saunas, etc. In 2006 Gimv sold its stake to the Dutch HealthCity group, the largest fitness chain of the Netherlands.
