GST Holdings is the leading provider of fire alarm detection systems products in China. Established in 1993 by four founding shareholders, GST Holdings is headquartered in Beijing with manufacturing facilities, a research and development team and a network of 88 sales offices, 600 sales and after-sales technical support teams covering six key sales regions across China. GST holds the number one position in the domestic fire security sector, with a 23% market share by number of products sold and 14% based on revenues in 2003, which is nearly twice that of its closest competitors.
