Electrical Controls & Maintenance was formed in 1996, originally as a commercial, electrical contractor. The company's President and Founder, Michael L. Wynne, had the vision to see the synergies between the electrical business and the security business, and in 2001, EC&M entered the commercial security business by creating EC&M Integrated Solutions.
