Victoria Barquin Bio

Victoria is a member of the firm’s M&A and Investment Funds practice groups. Victoria received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a notes editor of the Columbia Business Law Review. During law school, Victoria also received the Outstanding Student Award. Prior to attending law school, Victoria earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in International Relations, with a second major in German Studies from Brown University. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced in the M&A and Capital Markets groups of an international law firm.
