Rebekah Ramsay Bio

Rebekah Ramsay is an attorney in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Rebekah has experience advising corporate and private equity clients, working primarily on mergers, acquisitions, entity formation, commercial contracts, and other general business matters. Prior to joining the firm in late 2024 from Atlanta, GA, Rebekah’s practice mainly focused on private equity transactions, M&A, and the handling of other general corporate matters for public and private companies. Rebekah received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, with Honors. While at Emory, Rebekah also received a Certificate in Transactional Law and Skills and was a member of the Moot Court Society. Prior to law school, Rebekah graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina Wilmington where she received a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Business Administration. During her time at UNCW, she was also a key member of the women’s basketball team. Rebekah is currently licensed to practice in Georgia.
