Ellenor Knight Bio

Ellenor is a member of the firm’s M&A practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Ellenor served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William L. Osteen, Jr. in the Middle District of North Carolina. Ellenor received her J.D. with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she served as Publication Editor of the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology. Prior to attending law school, Ellenor earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Duke University.
