Stephen is a UK Board member and specialises in corporate finance work, with expertise in M&A and private equity transactions. He also advises on joint ventures and other shareholder arrangements, as well as corporate reorganisations and corporate governance and compliance issues. He regularly advises public and private corporations on a range of corporate transactions. He has a reputation for understanding what is important to clients on a particular deal and translating that into a focused advice and a tailored approach.
