Carl is a corporate partner based in London. He has a broad range of experience advising clients on UK and cross-border corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions (private and public), joint ventures, private equity and general corporate advice. He also has extensive expertise advising on UK and international energy and infrastructure projects. Carl has experience in a wide range of industries, with a particular interest in the real estate, TMT, energy and infrastructure sectors.
