Russ focuses his practice in fund finance, structured finance, and securities. His experience includes the representation of asset managers, issuers and finance companies in structuring, formation, and ongoing compliance issues regarding CLOs, warehouse/leverage facilities, and other structured products. He also represents underwriters and issuers in public and private securities offerings.
