Rodney Moore has over 35 years of experience representing public and private companies, private equity firms, and management teams in transactions and other corporate matters, primarily in the energy and infrastructure space. Rodney represents private equity firms and public and private companies in M&A, joint venture, financing, and other commercial transactions across the energy spectrum, including in the traditional upstream and midstream sectors as well as in the evolving transition energy sectors such as hydrogen, renewable fuels, and carbon capture. Rodney also advises clients on corporate governance matters, as well as transactional and corporate matters in restructurings and chapter 11 reorganizations.
