Michael Mullins Bio

Co-Chair of Winston & Strawn’s Finance Practice, Michael Mullins has extensive experience advising finance companies, asset managers, banks, and investment funds in connection with a wide range of financing transactions. Michael has a broad-ranging corporate finance practice, focusing primarily on commercial financings, fund finance, CLOs, warehouse/leverage facilities, and structured products. He represents finance companies, asset managers, banks, and investment funds in connection with a wide range of financing transactions. Michael also regularly represents issuers, investment banks, collateral managers, investment funds, and institutional investors in structured finance and debt transactions at all levels of the capital structure, with particular emphasis in transactions involving alternative asset managers, captive finance companies, hedge funds, private equity funds, and loan funds. His practice includes the representation of asset managers, institutional investors, and issuers in structuring, formation, and ongoing compliance issues regarding onshore and offshore investment funds, collateralized loan obligations, and other structured products.
