Grine Lahreche Bio

Grine Lahreche regularly advises leading investment funds, managers, and medium to large-sized companies in transactions such as acquisitions, buy-outs, joint ventures, and restructurings. Grine is a partner in the Paris office whose practise is entirely focused on M&A and private equity transactions, including LBO’s, and public-to-private equity transactions, both domestic and cross-border. He regularly advises LBO Funds and has been involved in the development and implementation of private equity investments for more than ten years. He also has extensive experience in M&A in France and in Europe. Prior to joining the Firm, Grine was a partner and member of the firm’s Executive Committee of a leading French law firm.
