As Co-Chair of Winston’s Transactions Department, Timothy Kincaid has a proven track record of success in M&A and private equity deals. With clients ranging from private equity funds to strategic buyers, family funds, and individuals, he has handled numerous transactions including buyouts, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, and capital-raising ventures. Tim has a particular focus representing clients in transactions for the middle market, with industry-focused experience in health care, life sciences, education, financial services, and other sectors. Clients appreciate his ability to balance finding the quickest way to closing while protecting their long-term interests and goals. His experience and business first on both the buy and sell side gives him keen insight into strategies that move deals past obstacles. In addition to his transactional experience, Tim has counseled clients on day-to-day corporate governance, contract, and entity formation matters.
