Co-Chair of Winston & Strawn’s CLOs/Fund Finance Practice, Russell Casper advises clients in the areas of fund finance, structured finance, and securities. Russ focuses his practice in fund finance, structured finance, and securities. His experience includes the representation of asset managers, issuers and finance companies in structuring, formation, and ongoing compliance issues regarding CLOs, warehouse/leverage facilities, and other structured products. He also represents underwriters and issuers in public and private securities offerings.
