Louis focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, private investment funds and capital markets. He has experience with private and public mergers and acquisitions, co-investments, secondary transactions, fund formation and asset management company structures. He represents clients in energy and infrastructure (including renewable and sustainable technologies), high-tech industrials and manufacturing, and technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in private practice in Hong Kong and Beijing.
