By developing strong relationships with his clients and tailoring his approach, Bryan is able to serve as an extension of their deal teams. Bryan represents numerous private equity funds and their broad range of portfolio companies in complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financing transactions, restructurings, and recapitalizations, along with other public and private companies in various stages of their lifecycles. Additionally, he advises sponsors and their portfolio companies on corporate governance, executive compensation and equity incentive arrangements, and general corporate matters.
