With substantial knowledge of the middle market, Bryan Goldstein represents private equity funds, family offices, and other alternative asset managers in acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other matters. He also counsels publicly traded and privately-held companies (including portfolio companies) in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, corporate governance, and compliance matters. Bryan focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters. Bryan represents middle-market clients in a variety of corporate transactions, including: the structuring, negotiation, and execution of leveraged buyouts; minority investments; business combinations; growth financings; distressed and special situations; joint ventures; and other strategic transactions. He also advises on the implementation and execution of exit strategies through divestitures, public offerings, and recapitalizations.
