Annie Maudouit-Ridde advises investors and both private and listed companies on domestic and cross-border transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. With a focus on mergers and acquisitions and securities law, Annie advises and assists private and listed companies, their shareholders and management team, as well as investors on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, mergers of equals, and strategic alliances. Annie has extensive experience with advising on M&A transactions involving listed companies (takeover bids, delisting, share exchanges and mergers) and on capital market transactions (IPOs, private placements, and complex equity-linked securities issuances). She has also assisted SPACs, their sponsors, and underwriters in connection with SPAC IPOs, as well as SPACs and targets in the context of business combinations.
