Jonathan Gray Bio

Jonathan Gray’s practice focuses on corporate and business law. Previously Jonathan practiced with Budd Larner for 16 years. Prior to that he practiced at both Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson, LLP and Proskauer Rose, LLP, two of the largest U.S. law firms (AmLaw 100). Jonathan’s wealth of legal skills and experience, combined with a keen business acumen, affords him a broad understanding of commercial matters and the ability to complement our clients’ needs for risk mitigation and pragmatism.
