Robert Day Bio

Robert Day works with public and private technology companies through all stages of their growth, as well as with investment banks and venture capital, growth equity, and private equity firms. He specializes in areas of corporate and securities law, including general corporate representation, public offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. Bob also has considerable experience in counseling public companies, executives, boards of directors, investment banks, and investors on disclosure matters, corporate governance, complex securities law issues, and defensive measures. He frequently represents investment banks in their underwriting transactions and he has broad transactional experience representing venture capital and growth equity firms and their portfolio companies.
