Mike Pestana Bio

Mike Pestana is a corporate partner in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and specializes in corporate and securities law. He represents early- and late-stage start-ups throughout all stages of their life cycle, along with numerous venture investors. Mike often leads strategic deals, including private financings, secondary transactions, tender offers, recapitalizations, and acquisitions. Mike regularly provides strategic business and legal advice to entrepreneurs and start-ups as outside general counsel. His clients represent the full range of the start-up ecosystem, from one-person companies to unicorns preparing for a public offering.
