Jocqui Kaup Bio

Jocqui Kaup is a partner in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities matters for emerging growth companies and venture capital and private equity firms in both financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the firm, Jocqui was an associate in the tech group at Lowenstein Sandler LLP in New York, where she focused on representing emerging tech companies, venture capitalists, private equity firms, and angel investors in financings and M&A.
