Jake Gatof represents life sciences and technology companies, as well as their sponsors, through all stages of growth and investment. Jake joined the Boston office upon its founding, representing companies throughout their business life cycle, including with respect to venture capital financings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex strategic transactions. He also represents leading growth equity, venture capital, and other institutional sponsors in connection with their investments, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
