Bryan King Bio

Bryan King is a partner in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters for emerging growth companies, venture capital firms, and public companies. Bryan was an associate in Wilson Sonsini's Seattle office from 2007 until 2011, when he joined a Seattle-area biopharmaceutical company as corporate counsel. He rejoined the firm in June 2012. Prior to law school, Bryan was a financial analyst in the investment banking division of Salomon Smith Barney in New York, with a focus on media, telecommunications, and power companies.
