Brian Mcdaniel Bio

Brian Mcdaniel is the head of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's fund services group. He focuses on the formation and operation of venture capital and other private investment funds, including single-target and accelerator/incubator vehicles. He represents funds based in the United States, China, India, Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East. His practice is oriented around finding commercial solutions across multiple legal domains, including partnership, tax, and compliance, often in multiple jurisdictions. He has advised on the formation of venture capital funds for over 20 years. Before practicing law, Brian was a computer engineer who worked with mission controllers at NASA's Johnson Space Center.
