Brian Appel Bio

Brian Appel is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices corporate and securities law. He advises companies on general corporate matters, including formation and operation, corporate governance, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and securities-related matters. He has assisted early-stage companies in numerous capital-raising transactions, including venture capital financings. Prior to joining the firm, Brian was an associate at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where he was a member of the corporate practice group and technology transactions team.
