Brendan Mahan Bio

Brendan Mahan is a partner in the mergers and acquisitions group of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. His transaction experience includes public and private mergers, tender offers, asset and stock purchases, divestitures, spin-off transactions, and other strategic transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Brendan worked in the mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and acquisition finance groups of Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. Previously, he served as a law clerk for Deputy Chief Justice Mary Noble of the Supreme Court of Kentucky.
