Amy Caiazza is a securities, fintech, and blockchain partner in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's Washington, D.C. office and is the leader of the firm's fintech and financial services group. She advises clients on regulatory and transactional matters involving the securities and commodities laws. Amy’s clients include Altruist, CrowdStreet, CultWines, Data.ai, Flexa, Hiro, Stacked, StockX, Upstart, and Vauban (Carta), and other firms. Amy has also counseled nonprofits, including the Northern California Land Trust and The Nature Conservancy, on innovative offerings and investments.
