Daniel Keating is a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Daniel is a dual M&A and life sciences IP transactions lawyer who counsels clients on M&A, licenses and collaborations, venture capital financings, and commercial transactions in the life sciences and technology sectors. Daniel has deep experience representing pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies, and investors on a broad range of transactions, including hybrid deals such as M&A transactions with back-end milestone payments, carve-outs, and product acquisitions/divestitures. Daniel has 20+ years of legal experience and has counseled clients on over 500 completed M&A and other complex, strategic, and commercial transactions. He is also a former national champion powerlifter.
