Bio

Allurie Kephart is a corporate partner in the Delaware office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she specializes in business deals and transactions governed by Delaware law. She counsels clients on various aspects of Delaware corporate and alternative entity law and provides advice in connection with joint ventures, financings, mergers and acquisitions, formation, dissolution, and liquidation. Allurie has unique experience counseling distressed companies on corporate and alternative entity matters, including bankruptcy, and has frequently advised special conflicts committees on asset drop-downs and restructurings. Prior to joining the firm, Allurie practiced corporate law at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP. During law school, Allurie was a judicial intern for the Honorable D. Brooks Smith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Following graduation, Allurie practiced at Richards, Layton & Finger in Wilmington, Delaware.
