Morgan Elwyn Bio

Morgan Elwyn is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Morgan focuses on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in complex transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, secondary transactions, growth equity investments and capital markets transactions. He also advises clients on corporate governance issues.
