Russell Leaf is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and Co-Chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group and the Corporate Governance Practice Group. Russell focuses on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, activist matters and other significant corporate matters. Russell also regularly counsels corporations and their directors on securities law, corporate governance and finance matters, and has extensive experience in complex corporate transactions in the health care, life sciences and infrastructure sectors.
