Anne Domozick Bio

Anne Domozick assists privately and publicly held companies in corporate matters, federal and state securities law compliance, executive compensation issues and mergers and acquisitions. She also has significant experience in private equity and venture capital investment transactions. She has assisted clients in a wide range of business matters, including the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, corporate governance issues and the reorganization or sale of businesses. Anne has been listed in Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2012-2018) and in The Best Lawyers in America® (2021-present). She is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Beach Bar Association. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the College of William & Mary School of Law in 2004, where she served as a graduate research fellow, a member of the William & Mary Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Dickinson College in 2001.
