Andrew Ritter is a Partner in Wiggin and Dana’s Corporate Department and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, emerging company and venture capital matters and corporate restructuring matters. He is also a member of wiggin(x). As a mergers and acquisitions attorney, Andrew advises public and private companies, investment firms, strategic investors and other parties on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs and other dispositions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Andrew is also recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in mergers and acquisitions by Super Lawyers, Thomson Reuters, 2020-2021.
