Trevor Currie is a partner in White & Case's global M&A practice, based in Chicago. Trevor focuses his practice on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and other complex business transactions. Trevor has extensive experience with advising privately held emerging and high growth companies, as well as venture capital funds, private equity funds and corporate venture groups that invest in those companies, in connection with equity and debt financings, mergers, acquisitions, divestures, corporate restructurings and general corporate matters.
