Tomislav Vrabec Bio

Tomislav is a partner in the Private Equity practice group in the Firm's Frankfurt office. He advises private equity investors, sponsor-backed and corporate clients on national and cross-border transactions. Tomislav is specialised in advising on mid to large cap transactions, with specific experience in the healthcare and technology sector. Further, he is an expert in the execution of buy-and-build strategies on a national and pan-European level. Prior to joining White & Case, Tomislav worked for renowned international law firms in Frankfurt and Shanghai as an associate and as a trainee lawyer.
