Scott Fryman Bio

Scott Fryman is a partner in our Global Tax Practice and Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Scott's practice focuses on the tax aspects of complex business transactions, including domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, investments, divestitures, joint ventures, financings and restructurings. He also has considerable experience advising on SPAC initial public offerings, financings and business combinations. Scott received his BA from George Washington University, his JD from Brooklyn Law School and LLM from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York.
